Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is Lukáš Frank, Company ID (IČ): 86964470, a tied agent of eDO finance, a.s., Company ID (IČ): 24783421. You can contact me by e-mail at lukasfrank@lukasfrank.cz or by phone at +420 721 223 165.

If we work together on a specific financial product (such as a mortgage, insurance or investments), I pass the necessary data on to eDO finance, a.s., whose tied agent I am, and to the relevant financial institution — without this, the service could not be provided.

What data I process and why

Handling your enquiry

When you write to me via the contact form, I process your first name, surname, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message (subject and text). I need this data to reply to you and prepare for our meeting. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in handling your enquiry.

The “Novinky od Lukáše” newsletter

If you opt in to the monthly newsletter in the form, I will send you an e-mail with news from time to time. The legal basis is your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every e-mail. The mailing is technically handled by the e-mailing service Ecomail (ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o.) as a processor.

Client records

So that nothing gets lost and I can look after you in the long term, I keep internal records of clients and enquiries. For this I use client management and automation tools (Google Sheets, Make, ClickUp and Google Contacts), which act as data processors. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in the proper management of my client agenda, or the performance of a contract.

Traffic measurement and advertising evaluation

Only with your consent given in the cookie banner do I measure website traffic with Google Analytics and evaluate advertising with the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram). Until you give consent, these tools do not run at all. You can find details on the Cookie policy page.

How long I keep the data

• Enquiries from the form — for the duration of our discussions and then for no longer than 3 years in case we return to the matter.
• Client data — for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards for as long as required by the legal regulations governing the distribution of financial products (usually up to 10 years).
• Newsletter e-mail address — until you withdraw your consent.
• Measurement data — according to the settings of the individual tools; your choice in the cookie banner is valid for 12 months.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data (find out what I process about you),
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased where there is no legal ground for further processing,
• restrict the processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
